President | Brandon Gilmore, BS 2013

Greetings Bulldogs! I'm Brandon Gilmore, a proud Birmingham, AL native and 2013 graduate of AAMU with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and minor in Computer Science.  I also hold a MBA from Colorado Technical University, a master of Science in Information Technology & MIS from University of Alabama-Birmingham, and the PMP certification from PMI, Inc.

I currently work as a Cloud & AI Program Manager for Microsoft.   Since stepping foot on The Hill (and post graduation), I've served my bulldog community in several capacities, such as SGA for 4 years (ultimately President), various alumni association roles, and curator of The Good Vibes young alumni experience.

I look forward to extending my Sovereign Bulldog Service as AAMU ATL Chapter President in lots of ways, including my top 3 goals:

  • Reignite our chapter by re-engaging our distant members

  • Reclaiming our new graduates, young alumni, and new-to-the-area alumni

  • Renewing our chapter's mission by introducing refreshed takes on our existing initiatives
