Welcome to the Metro Atlanta AAMU Alumni Chapter’s website. As the newly elected president, I am excited about the opportunity to serve the chapter and the university. My goal is to increase membership, obtain a better presence and services to the Atlanta community and increase recruitment and support the students and legacy of the university.
I encourage your continued support with our events and initiatives as we strive to take the chapter to higher heights and carry on the legacy torch passed on from the previous administration. I solicit your innovative ideas and talents to help increase our support of the students and the needs of the university. As we all know, the alumnus, family and friends are the backbone supporters of the university that provide critical funding for student scholarships, new and expanded programs and enhancement of academic endeavors.
Alabama A&M is the GREATEST University in the world. It has educated and nurtured students to become physicist, engineers, leaders of Fortune 500 companies, entrepreneurs, educators, computer analyst, musicians, professional athletes, and the list continues to grow...having no limits.
We are so proud of AAMU because our university is known across the world for its excellence academic achievements. Our chapter’s main focus is to make sure that the university’s rich legacy and heritage is passed on to the next generation of students. We are here to serve the students, university and our Atlanta community.
